How do tenants pay rent?
Tenants pay via UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay, or you can record cash payments manually. Receipts are generated automatically either way.
How does the PG marketplace work?
Publish any property to the OwnStay marketplace in one click. Only genuinely vacant beds are shown, and tenants can book and complete KYC online. We charge 5% per online booking, capped at ₹500 per bed.
Can I manage more than one PG?
Yes. Depending on your plan you can manage up to 10 properties from a single login and switch between them instantly.
